Two of my NHS perk discount codes don't work. Can I get help to make these work so that I can redeem them online?

Hi James, it suggests the codes aren't recognised. I've had to generate all 5 of my yearly codes when speaking to your customer service team very recently and they advised to get in contact with the Perks team to let them know that 3 of the codes remain unredeemed and aren't being recognised on the system. They have identified which codes they are.

What was the full error message you saw when trying to redeem the codes online?

Were you selecting the same device and plan when you were able to use a different code?

Hello James

I am not entirely sure of the exact wordings but it was something along the lines of the codes are not recognised. I then made a call to your customer service department and they confirmed the same. They tried all 3 codes (out of 5) too. We were attempting to use them against an upgrade. But, I still need the codes to be validated so that I can use them online as I have 3 lines in total under my account, another of which, is due an upgrade and would like to use a code then too when upgrading that particular number. You should be able to get access to your Perk codes through our EE Perk Portal.
