Upgrade Problems

I've been trying to upgrade as I have a message saying " YOU CAN UPGRADE FOR FREE"  I'm on a NO Frills Sim 25g Tarrif. (Old BT) I've no problem changing to a newer EE tariff with a phone. However when I pick a phone it says " it looks like there are no suitable plans available for this device right now." 

I've gone through pretty much every phone and it says the same thing. I've tried to add a new product and i can't do that either.

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 as it maybe you don't meet the requirements to upgrade.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
