Set up my account on EE Perks this morning using my personal and work emails, my iPhone automatically made a password but didn’t save it and when I had the had the verification email sent to my work email address I wasn’t able to log in and every time I’ve tried to do a password reset nothing has happened, no emails in my junk box either.

Have you checked both email accounts to see if the email went to the other?

Hello, I have registered for an account using my work email and I have tried resetting my password but when I try to login in it says my account has been deactivated. Can anyone assist as I have tried calling 150 but no one seems to be able to help. They have said to call my HR department but they have no idea on how to resolve this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
