Hi I cannot log in to ee perks with my password. I have tried to reset password. It says it has sent an email but it has not arrived. I’ve tried on two different devices. I’ve checked spam folders. I’ve emailed ee complaints but they haven’t responded. I want to order a new phone today. Can anyone help please?

Good afternoon,
im having the same issues, I’ve registered with ee perks and confirmed my works email but every time I try to login on the ee perks portal it states that my details are incorrect.
Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah tried that but I’m caught in a loop where it states it doesn’t recognise my details.
