Hi all,
I have the Xbox Game Pass/Gaming Bundle add on and would like to change the Xbox account it is attached to.
How can I do that?
I've contacted Microsoft about it but they can't do anything because I do not pay for the pass directly.

Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry, but it isn't possible to change the Microsoft account that you first registered with us when setting up your benefit.

I have the same question. My Xbox account has been locked by Microsoft through no fault of my own and their stupid AI won't let me unlock it. Their solution is to set up a new account.
Does this mean that I can no longer use this add on? It seems very limiting as this was the only reason I took out the contract I did.

Has EE fixed this issue at all since this thread was made? Just added it to the wrong account due to forgetting a long running issue with an EA account linked to the account I've added it to, any help would be appreciated
