I'm trying to buy the wireless black xbox controller on a monthly basis but it keeps asking me to log in and then sends me to the home page again, any ideas on what I'm meant to do to make the purchase

@LeclercSZN  Are you a pay monthly customer?    If you are try clearing your device history and  cookies and try again.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Just tried the cookies and it did the same thing. I pay monthly for WiFi only if that makes a difference

Hi @LeclercSZN

To be eligible for add to plan, you would need a 24-month device, WiFi or tablet plan within the first 17 months of the contract, do you have this?

Leanne.

Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot order an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan. That's why it's telling you to login to upgrade your existing plan or add another device. You have neither of these.

I was hoping it would just go onto the bill for my WiFi given its a pay monthly addition

I presume by "WiFi" you mean Broadband. If so, the product you have is EE Home BB, not WiFi which is just in your home. This isn't a mobile contract that allows you to buy accessories.
