Unable to activate Apple One

I recently upgraded to the Unlimited Business Full Works package with Apple One.   Yesterday I was sent a link to activate my Apple One.  When clicking on that link it launches an app  which shows "Cannot Connect" with a "Retry" button.

I called 150 technical support and after being on hold for ~30 mins they said it was all ok at EE's end and to call Apple on the number they provided.  I called Apple and they also had me on hold for a while, did a screen share before saying the problem was with EE.

Anyone else had this problem? 

C'mon EE - what do I need to do to sort this?

Sorry No. I spent a long time on the phone.

Got the link, link didn’t work. Now it is a confusion at their site what is added in Full Works for Iphone. 
I keep on saying i need the Apple One. 
Waiting for their call tomorrow. 

Sorry it did take a few calls and call backs before they cleared it down
and the link worked. I had its Apple's fault. We don't know what it is
before we got there. They should have a record of the fix in some database.

Expecting a call today. Hopefully we’ll sort it.

Update - I got this sorted, I got through to technical support (LEVEL 2) - as soon as I got through to them the guy fixed it instantly.

It is basically an issue of my old contract still had 'Apple TV' as a deal - so it will not permit more than one deal. That was deleted then the new one applied.


Yes. They had to clear all my existing extra add ons. Glad you got sorted.

I got it sorted. Was on wrong plan. After 2 hours on the phone I was connected to helpful Guide (technical support) and she deactivated and activated Apple One on the right plan. Activation link was then sent that worked. I am still surprised that they activated Android plan instead of Apple one. 

Hey I’m having this problem, I haven’t actually received a text yet though? Do I need to wait until my first payment has been made? I’m able to use my data and stuff already 

You should have received the text straight away. I'd call 150 and ask them.
If you already have any active apple products in the package like apple
music or TV you have to clear them before you run the link. You have to
run the link on an active apple device iPhone or iPad. You can only run the
link once. If it fails you need another link sent. Good luck.
