I recently upgraded to the Unlimited Business Full Works package with Apple One. Yesterday I was sent a link to activate my Apple One. When clicking on that link it launches an app which shows "Cannot Connect" with a "Retry" button.
I called 150 technical support and after being on hold for ~30 mins they said it was all ok at EE's end and to call Apple on the number they provided. I called Apple and they also had me on hold for a while, did a screen share before saying the problem was with EE.
Anyone else had this problem?
C'mon EE - what do I need to do to sort this?

Hi,
yeah I received the text, and clicked the link.
the link opens up the App Store and it displays ‘you have Apple One with your EE plan’
then I click continue
this takes me to another screen to verify my phone number, when I enter my number it says my number cannot be verified for this subscription contact EE
any assistance would be appreciated
regards
Mike

I have since spoken to EE and Apple numerous times and I still cannot get Apple one.
EE thought I’d might be due to a trial which was due to expire, so EE Removed the Apple One and I would then retry after it expires.
I did this but no change I’m getting the same message.
I have no idea what to do now. Any assistance?
regards

Sorry this has been removed and no longer visible, however the user did advise they activated the setting in their iPhone @Walkerthisway
You can check this in your iPhone Settings, iCloud, then Subscriptions.
