Unable to activate 24 month TNT sports bundle

Bought a 43 inch tv in April 25,still can’t activate the attached 24 month TNT sports bundle included free with it,it’s becoming very tedious with the amateur service I’m getting trying to activate it.

once again any help to resolve this issue.
