Hi, I am due to go on a cruise down East Coast USA and around the Caribbean. I am with EE on monthly, although out of contract. I texted ROAMING PASS to 150. Had a text back saying that I am currently not eligible for the roaming pass. I just need data more so than call allowances. My allowance is normally 5GB of data, unlimited minutes, texts .
Can anyone tell me what to do please?

Hello @Allyw7118 ,
You do realise that the roaming pass will only work when you reach land, but will not work whilst at sea or in the Carribbeak.
If you are having problems, I would suggest ringing customer service and they should be able to help.
Please make sure that you have roaming enabled on your account, including premium calls and call abroad, customer service can enable this for you as well.
