6month Apple TV and Apple Music

EE are offering 6 months Apple TV and Apple Music but either work through this offer, iv followed the instructions. Is there something iv done wrong?

Thank you for your reply . With the apple tv it says there’s a error so I haven’t got any further than that and with the music it all looks like it’s gone through ok but when I go on the apple music it’s prompting me to the purchase.

Is Apple Music showing under your active add-ons in My EE?

Thanks for your reply . Apple TV is showing there’s a error when setting up and the music show it’s all been successful but when I go to play a song it’s prompting me to purchase.
