Where can I find my invoice number on my receipt. I am trying to claim my rewards, and it's asking for the invoice number.
Also it won't let me enter £0.00 as the amount I've paid but it was an upgrade which I haven't paid anything upfront for. Anyone got any ideas?

ive submitted my claim using the delivery note number it says claim accepted so will wait and see, the invoice shows the £30.00 upfront fee we paid thats all.
No its not a flex plan.

I am having the same problem...searched through all the documents but no receipt - not given one in store and as far as I can see no receipt in all the emails that sent documents across. So, how can I claim my buds+ ?
