The £10 roaming pass

Hello I finally upgraded to a new iPhone 12 yesterday and travelling to Italy tomorrow but I can’t seem to find how I purchase the roaming pass for £10 ? I’ve text eu roam to 150 but that is just giving me the £2.00 per day charge, what am I doing wrong ?

thanks in advance I’m not great with the digital world 😱
