Student discount

Hi when I joined EE a few months ago I had student discount but this seems to have been taken off my account but I am still a student? How can I resolve this?

@Lottie1809 You’ll have to speak with customer services about this. They’ll be able to see that it was on your account and has now been removed and might be able to offer an explanation why.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
