I had to verify my work email account again but it said my password was wrong. When I requested to reset it, it told me I’d get an email. I haven’t had the email so can’t access the Ee perks account to upgrade. Please help thanks

Please can you let us know what issues you are experiencing with EE Perk?
Are you registering for the first time and trying to verify your email address?
Or are you an existing Perk user trying to reset your password?

I am having the same issue, I have requested a reset password having previous had access and receiving a text about it running out. No reset email is coming through.

Has anyone got an answer to this other than I’ll send you a PM… same problem. Logged in then literally 5 mins later same password not recognised 🤷🏼♀️

Have you tried resetting your password?
