Never received my Xbox been sitting in a depot in in Enfield for the last two weeks text message last two Saturdays unforseen problem with your order can't deliver today. Will deliver Monday hmmm at work reason I chose Saturday complete idiots DPD . Can't remove add on from my plan as EE are incapable of any help want to cancel this order not waiting in for another weekend like a fool DPD have either lost the package or it's been stolen as no other reason why they can't deliver 5 miles away lol.

Thanks for coming back to the community. 

Once DPD return the order to us, the device would be registered as returned and the plan would be removed from your EE account.
