TNT sports full works package

I’ve just joined EE with the full works package with tnt sports add on, how do I actually access this? I’ve text sport to 150 and the reply says add this extra fo £25 a month… it’s showing as an add on on my app that I have but how do I actually get on it? Surely need a code or something

Welcome to the community.

You should receive a text after the inclusive extra was set up to take you through the set up process.

If you go to the EE app and choose Manage > Mobile & SIMs > View your add-ons, you need to make sure that TNT Sports is showing under Your Inclusive Extra. 

If it isn't active, you can select View or swap Inclusive Extras to set it up.

If it is already showing as your inclusive extra, please try to go to ee.co.uk/TNTSports and follow the steps to activate.

Once you tried all these steps, if you are still not able to access TNT Sports, give our tech guides a call and they can look into this further for you.
