TNT sports error after switching extra to roaming and back

Hi,

I switched my inclusive extra from then BT to roaming and now back to TNT.  It tells me on ee that it's active but on TNT it says i need an active subscription to watch. Tried all sorts but can't find a solution. The most common error code i get is NCE-005 Sorry, we are unalbe to complete your request.

Do you have TNT Sports showing as an inclusive extra in your My EE? 

How long ago did you activate TNT Sports?

I recently added back BT sports which I switched from roaming and back again.  EE have no idea what’s wrong neither do BT nor Discovery..   getting fed up with this to be fair.

In the end I phoned ee turns out I was trying to get on the old BTsports app still on my phone from last seasons champs league final !! 
I had to download discovery+ app I’d already registered but had to re register username and new password all good now thanks 👍🏻

I’m giving up soon it’s wasting a lot of time on something that ought to be basic setup.

Bt has been deleted and discovery set up and it’s still asking me to pay….grrrrrr
