got tnt sports as an inclusive extra on my package when I signed up in November 25 as it allows access to my iPad and iPhone. Allows me to watch all the champions league games on both devices which is excellent when I’m out and about.
swapped the inclusive extra for data roaming as I was going abroad on the 29th of June.26. Operator said just call back when your home and we will swap back to tnt sports for you. No issue.
Called back today and the agent mentioned that tnt sports is no longer on the inclusive extras list. It was removed on the 8th of July!
no mention mywhere that this was happening and I specifically got the deal as this was included. That’s breach of contract surely. I can’t be paying the same money till December 28 when the main product that I wanted is no longer available.
the gent said they would raise a complaint but anyone had this issue?
it’s a complete joke and I’ll be taking this as far as possible.
