TNT sports and Discovery + account removed without permission

I received a text message from EE saying that my subscription to TNT sports had been removed by mistake and would be reinstated as it was an error on their behalf. I am awaiting another message from them when this is completed, that was over a week ago and I am still waiting??

I'm sorry to hear this has happened, if you check on your online account, is it still not showing in your mobile add-ons?

I’m having that same issue. It’s absolutely showing as an add on. Major fault by EE. I got this text:

“Hi from EE. Yesterday, we've noticed that your TNT Sports from discovery+ inclusive Extra has been removed in error. Don't worry, we're correcting this by adding TNT Sports again and you'll receive another notification once this has been reapplied with a link to reactivate. We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused.”

I added the add on again. No change. 

Yes, it was still showing as an add on, but inaccessible? I had to call 150 and go through the rigmarole of being pushed from pillar to post to get the answer I requested? I spoke to a very helpful colleague on tech support, who informed me that over 30'000 customers had all had the same issue. Apparently I should have been sent a new link immediately after the first message to reinstate the add on, this was not forthcoming. I think this whole debacle shines a very poor light on the company that is apparently the UK's best mobile provider for 11 years running🤔🙄

I have the same issue, it was removed without permission and then i had another text to say it was put back on and it is showing as active on my app but discovery plus tells me i need to upgrade my pass
