If you have TNT Sports as part of your mobile package you should be able to activate it by visiting ee.co.uk/tntsports and entering your number, if you have any issues try doing it on a different browser and on your mobile data connection and see if you are able to complete activation.
If you have TNT Sports via a TV package you will need to login to your account and go to the Add-ons section of your online account and should see TNT Sports with an activate option.
