EE Perks email validation

It keeps saying that I need to validate my email address to sign up for EE perks, but no emails come through (I have checked spam folder). Has somebody found a solution for this?

I also can’t reset my password for ee perks. I’m not sure why the password has been changed, as I’ve not changed it. But when I click forgot password it does not send an email. Can anyone help?
