Hi,
I recently upgraded my phone and chose TNT sports as an inclusive extra. I can access this via discovery plus on my internet browser. However, when I try to access it via discovery plus app on my tv, I only have the basic version of discovery plus so no TNT sport. I think this is because as a sky tv customer I get basic discovery plus included. ANy idead how I can resolve this so I can get the version that gives me TNT?
Thanks

@LizA1983 Your smart benefit is only for your device not through your TV. To have it through your TV you need to pay for large screen access.

Thank you, it's not that clear on EE site where it says can get it only through an EE sim device but then goes on to say can watch on big screen using your TNT ID.

Hi @LizA1983
Did you register through the discovery+ on BT TV web page selecting that you're an EE customer? You may need to set up a new ID with a new email address. You should be able to cast through the TNT Sports app after doing that.

Thanks, @LizA1983
It could be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team to check how everything is set up from our side.

You should have large screen access included with your inclusive extra. I think sky have blocked third parties from using the Discovery + app on there platform. Have you got another streaming device to use on your tv which includes Discovery +? This should work.

Hi Liz, did you resolve this issue? We are in the same position & just trying to fathom out the answer. Our sky account happens to be in a different e mail address to the one used for EE phone & wondering if this is the issue as when you log out of the discovery app on the tv & reactivate, it automatically picks up my sky e mail address & I can’t input the other e mail address used for EE. So do you happen to have separate e mails & was this the problem or is that bit irrelevant? Thanks

Hey. I'm struggling with this too. It keeps asking for a BT log in. I don't have one and cannot seem to create one without being a BT customer. The message on their website when I go to try and activate is this:
"If you have TNT Sports on BT Mobile, TNT Sports on EE Mobile (before 18th July) or discovery+ Premium activate here"
https://www.bt.com/sport/discovery-plus
I'm not sure the relevance of 18th July as I only signed up to my new Sim plan with the TNT inclusive extra yesterday.
