I have TNT sports as an inclusive extra, I have activated it on the EE website. However, when I go to use the discovery+ app and watch TNT sports it states that I need to upgrade my pass. Very frustrating 😠.

Are you using your BT ID log in details?
Can you try logging out and back in again, does this work for you?
