I cannot access my TNT sports through BT Sports or Discovery + App.. I have now missed the first half of the match.. I can find no contact details on EE app to contact anyone although the message does say contact your provider? I have reinstalled every app I can think off.. my error code WB-401 is not recognised as an error code.. I chose EE to watch sport and when it works it is good but tbh recently it has been a nightmare 😫

I was getting the same error code and after going around in circles for ages, I remembered that I already have a discovery+ account (but no subscription) and thought that might be causing issues. I signed out of my account and started the activation process from the email from EE again and somehow it worked. It redirected me to the discovery+ website and asked me to register, or if I already have a BT/EE subscription, sign in. Signed in and it declared my EE subscription activated. It wasn't a smooth or clear process but it worked.
Just thought I'd add this here in case it helps anyone else. The whole TNT transition process seems to be a disorganised nightmare.

So I was the opposite to this as I was getting nowhere, so I made an account as that’s what it said “doesn’t recognise this tnt account” , it made no difference at all, glad you got yours sorted though, first positive message I’ve seen on here

Try activating with the Microsoft Edge browser. That worked for me after having the same issues.
