Problems since upgrading

Decided to upgrade to a new iPhone and went for the total IPhone plan which I thought included AppleObe to cover my Apple Music as I wanted TNT as my extra. Since the upgrade has gone through, I have lost my Apple Music folder but have been unable to activate my TNT pass. The number of technical errors I am getting is ridiculous for a technology based company!

I was receiving a message saying EE were having technical issues but after 24 hours it is now sorted. Just need my AppleOne now to have access to my music

When I try to download some music, I get the prices for plans pop up. I thought with IPhone Smart Plan unlimited, this would be free?
