Student discount on additional lines?

Hi all,

Just a quick random question

I have a SIM ONLY plan for myself, with my dad also on as an additional line with a Galaxy S21 FE.

I have a student discount on my main sim only plan as I am currently a student and the account holder, and my dad's phone had a 10% additional line discount.

If I add anymore additional lines, can I add a student discount to them or is it only the additional line discount I'd be allowed to have?

Hi @GarethWilliams,

You'd only be able to have the additional line discount as the student discount is limited to one per person.

Thanks for replying. That's what I thought, thank you. I was only asking just incase I'd missed the chance to have more money off it that's all haha.

Also, as of last night, when logging into my EE online, I'm faced with:

LOGIN ERROR

The issue appears to be affecting the app as well as although it does load up it does end up showing an error message saying something along the lines of ‘sorry, we cannot refresh this page’ or something

@James_B The app says ‘sorry, we are unable to show you all the information right now - close the app and come back later’

I should mention I did move to SIM ONLY yesterday night about 11pm. The issue started from there, although the contract changes did go through.

Just another quick question regarding the discounted plans, when you say student discount can only be applied to one per person, I guess this means just one account yes?

As in, I have it on mine but couldn't apply it on my dad's, or if I added my mother onto my plan.
