Stuck in a loop trying to get TNT sports

it wants me to activate on BT but I don't have an account - I had bt sports as a perk - when I try and make an account it wants my bt account number which I don't have. EE site says my perk for TNT is active or sometimes that there's nothing to activate.

Discovery plus wont let me make an account without signing up to pay - I've tried on wifi on the phone - 4g on the phone, chrome- safari and all those on the laptop. The whole thing seems a mess! surely there had to be a better way to make this work !

it sends me the code then i get this ... tried it on the laptop in chrome and it sent me back to the page saying its active
