Asked to revalidate however not able to log into my perks account on either of my old emails or a new email address.
Tried to reset passwords on my two old accounts with no luck.
Had my accounts deleted previously in an attempt to resolve it however my old details are clearly still on the system.

Have you tried registering again from scratch, @KierranC?

I have tried with a new email address. I have also asked for my old accounts to be deleted to allow me to reuse the same details. Neither seem to have worked.

Chris, it's still not allowing me to register, states details are already registered. Could it be that because my perk is in use on my account the account cannot be

The perk team haven't replied to me to say that it's been reset yet, @KierranC.
Could you try registering from scratch this afternoon please?
