Smart Benefits included in my Package no option to activate

Hi I recently upgraded my business phone and was advised I would be able to get BT Sport, Apple music and roaming abroad. I have been through your community questions and texted Sport 150 but it just sent me through BT sport prices?

Now when I login to my account it will not show what smart benefits, I have a constantly just logged out?

I need help thank you.

If you're not able to add you smart benefits through your My EE account, I would suggest speaking to the business support team so they can check everything from our end.
