Smart Benefit activation problem

I have just upgraded my data contract and added the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Smart Benefit. I received the text to complete my activation. I have entered the code to activate the Game Pass and I get an error massage, prompting me to hit activate again.

I have tried this a few times and I keep getting the same error message.

Can you help?

HI,

Just thought I would update and let you know I have now activated the Game Pass.

I suspected there was something stopping me as my browser kept hanging, I cleared my cookies and tried again and it worked.
