Smart Benefit Automatically Added

Hello!

 

Is it normal for a Smart Benefit to be randomly added months into my plan? i didn’t select any when my contract started in early 2021 but have just had a text to say that apple music has been added with a link to register.

 

i don’t intend on registering but just wanted to check if it’s legit for ee to do this a year into my plan. thanks 🙂

@isabel85  EE wouldn’t start adding a smart benefit your tariff.  

 

Does your tariff allow the use of smart benefits ?.

my tariff allows smart benefits but i never selected one when i started my new plan a year ago (i can’t remember ever having the option to be honest!)

 

i’ve spoken to ee over the phone just now and they’ve said it’s been added automatically, which seems very strange to me.

@isabel85  you might as well use you’re smart benefit as you actually are paying for it within the tariff.
