Smart Benefit Apple Music

Early this morning I upgraded to a sim only plan with 1 Smart Benefit, chose Apple Music after ai clicked the link in the text to activate it,  it took Me to Apple Music got a quick blank pop up nothing else, but I can seem to now listen and download things from AM, However when I click on Subscriptions under settings on my device it doesn’t even show up only the 6 months free Apple Rcade, so I scroll down to EE Plan Benefits  click on it and it tells my mobile phone plan doesn’t include Apple Subscriptions?

is this normal when adding a Smart Benefit and choosing AM?

Hi @Jules1270

Is Apple Music showing as active in your Smart Benefits in the My EE app?

Looks like it's definitely active from our side, @Jules1270.

Is it possible that you activated the free 6 months before you activated your smart benefit?

I did have Apple Music for free with you when I first took out my previous contract but that’s well expired.

It must be set up then, since you're able to use the services, @Jules1270.

If you're not sure though, it may be worth speaking to our mobile care team.
