Hi can anyone help?
I upgraded end of July but did not recieve my phone until 9th August. I recieved a text from EE to say I could claim cashback and earbuds from samsung. Unfortunately I cannot find the original delivery invoice with the date on!
EE sent me a proof of purchase email but it did not contain invoice number or price of the product. Even though my credit agreement was pre ordered will I still be able to claim for receiving my phone in the promotion period? How can I prove this?

Was it definitely an S23 and not an S24? Was it just last month that you received the phone? I'll try and find some details of the offer for you.
