Depends on the promotion if ear buds were part of it and if you recently got a new Phone on Contract. 

They don't give out free ear buds because they feel like it

Can I get a link like the one above to claim my free ear buds please, I got my new pixel 8a on August 15.

I have waited the 2 weeks period, there is no option to claim them please send me a link like the one above, I have already spoken to an agent about this and the link he sent me via email just puts me back on the EE website and there is still no option/link to claim.
