@Mrladder What was the offer when you took out this contract? Was there an offer when you took it out ? It would have stated at the time if there was an offer with that device.

When did you take out the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra @Mrladder?
There was an offer to claim a set of Samsung Buds3 in Silver when the phone was purchased between 22nd January and 6th February.

@Mrladder I’m surprised at that.
You had to order before the 30th of jan to get the earbuds
And there’s nothing listed as a free gifts with that device now online.

Go on Google and put in Google, Claim my free samsung watch & then it will give you a link and then you put your imei in and receipt in and it will send you a email when it's been excepted, good look

What will be the price of the phone? .1
How much will I need to pay monthly? .2
Will there be any discount for me? noticed that the prices in your app seem high.

The prices in the app when following the Upgrade process will be the prices available to you.
These will either be Flex Pay where you have a separate Device Finance Agreement (spread over up to 36 months) and airtime plan, or if you are not eligible for this you will see options for a 24 month Device plan with a combined price for both device and airtime.
You can call 150 and speak to the sales team if you wish to discuss this further.
