I bought a Samsung galaxy s23 ultra but the store told me that I should apply online for Buds 2 pro but I had to wait for a confirmation message about the re-signed contract. The message came but I can't find anywhere how to order the headphones, if anyone knows how and where to order them please let me know. thanks

You don't need to apply for them.

Mine were sent 3wks after I upgraded my phone. I didn't know anything about it until I got a text saying they were on the way.
