How do I claim my buds for my Samsung flip 6 pre order ?

I upgraded online and got my phone last week. Do I need to claim or will it be an automatic process?

I received my Flip 6 today (monthly contract) after ordering the phone in-store on Sat 20th July.  I cannot see on any documentation I've received that I will be receiving the buds.  I know you have said to others that they will be sent out automatically, but how can I be sure I'm definitely getting them?

It would have been helpful to have had the Buds listed on the order.  As others have said (with the Fold), I was also advised instore as I did previously with my Flip 3 for my watch that I would need to put in a claim with Samsung for the Buds.  There appears to have been a miscommunication somewhere. 

Also, this was a very hidden offer, I go to town every weekend and look at the EE store, and only this last weekend did I see the offer, I nearly missed out on it.  Although, I'm still not convinced I'm getting them.

If you ordered an eligible device on a consumer plan, the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro Silver will be delivered to your account address within 15-30 days of your purchase, excluding weekends.

If you would like to check eligibility, please give us a call on 150 and our guides will have access to the order to check this for you 🙂

I spoke to customer support a few days ago and they advised that I would receive a text up to 5 working days (to confirm the Buds 3 Pro promotional offer) after I received my Fold 6, which was a week ago. 

Do you know when we can expect an update regarding deliveries since Samsung has delayed the Buds 3 Pro?

The buds will be dispatched 15-30 days after your purchase. 

Once they are ready for delivery you will be notified.

The Buds3 are sent to the account address automatically 15-30 days after receiving the phone. DPD will be in touch when they are ready to be delivered.

I have had my phone way more than 15-30 days so where are they????????????????????

If you're eligible for this offer, then you should have received a text between 1 -5 days of delivery confirming this.

If you've not heard anything at all, I'd recommend reaching out to our customer care team so they can check our eligibility criteria and get this raised for further investigation if necessary.

I've just bought a Samsung zflip 6 from EE shop they told my to go to Samsung and redeem my code for my buds pro buds but Samsung won't let me do it why is this why promote something if you can't have them
