Received TV this morning, tried everything to make it work, comes on but just shows plain blue screen and no sound. Who do I contact EE or Samsung
Bought it from EE but a Samsung product.
Absolutely gutted!

Make sure your firmware is up to date:

If the menu comes up then the tv is fine its likely how you have connected it.

Have now contacted ee and samsung. Television is faulty awaiting a call from Samsung Technical support.
