Hi, I'm in an African country and prior to leaving, called EE and spoke to an adviser who (I thought) set me up with a package for 120 mins AND 100 texts. I opted for this because I did not want to get a data package. When I checked my EE app, it seems that I only have the minutes and NOT the texts. This now means I have extra charges on my account. I know calls are recorded so is there any way to check what was said / agreed?

@Rahim73 You can purchase the text add on via your EE account. No one here can check anything as this is a public forum not customer services.

I am sorry to hear your add-on has not been applied and as a result of this you have been charged.
