Am going to Spain on Wednesday and I spoke to the people in store and they said I had to phone 150 which I did. It went through an automated system and then said they would send a text, which they did.
It said £2 per day or £10 for an add on for the month. So replied with the £10 add know and it messaged back saying I wouldn't have it...
At this point I don't really care so the £2 a day is fine. But... it says its a current add on that I can't delete and gives no option to click on it. Does that mean it's set up already?
I don't want to be stuck with a hefty Bill after I let my son phone his dad whilst we're away! It's confusing me. Please someone help, thanks 🙂

@Abbigailinnes90 The £2 add is free to have and can not be deleted. It’s there to show you itll cost you £2 per day if and only if you use your device to connect to the roaming network on any day. There is no reason why you can not have the £10 roam further add on as all contract customers can have this.

@Abbigailinnes90 , just make sure that roaming and international calls and premium calls are enabled in your account. If it says blocked and you are not able to enable, please ring customer service, as they can then check this out and enable it for you. Have a good time.
