EE NHS Perk Account

Hi, I'm trying to get into my EE NHS perks account but now it says has been deactivated. I’ve tried resetting the password and while that appeared to work, when I log into the account it says "Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame". Can anyone help?
