Why when I text ROAMING PASS to 150 does it say I’m not eligible? I am travelling to Canada next week and was told I can have an add on £15 for a month.

Are you on PAYG? There's no Roam Abroad Pass for that.

Just done that thank you. It says I am now set up to be used for roaming in any country?

I’m having the same issue, and when I text roaming pass to 150 it loops me back to the previous message of text RO and country so I can get any further.

any suggestions?

Are you able to apply this via your My EE account? the Roaming Pass should be under add-ons.
