Roaming Pass double Payment

Hello, i cancelled as i thought i could still use the roaming pass just not get charged for the next month but it said i couldn’t use it anymore, i thought i paid for the whole month to use it for the whole month, can you please refund me the other £15 i paid, i bought another roaming pass please

When you cancel the Pass you no longer have the benefit of it. Also it is charged £15 per billing month except the 1st part month when it is charged pro-rata.
