I recently upgraded my Fibre broadband, and was entitled to 6 months' gamepass as a result.
After hearing nothing a month later, I contacted customer service. They persuaded me in that call to upgrade further, to qualify for 12 months instead of 6.
Shortly after that, I received a text for my gamepass offer but for 6 months. I tried contacting Customer Service again, repeatedly, but have had no response. I've redeemed it in case it was a glitch, but the text confirming the activation, also confirms that it's only for 6 months.
Given the lack of response by CS, any other ideas?
