Hi,
I added roam abroad pass on to my number after my local EE staff said it covers Turkey as well. However it doesn't. Now I am in Turkey and I do not need it as it doesn't work at all. So I was wondering if I can cancel the subscription and get a refund for a service I've never been able to use.

You'll need to go back to the shop to request a refund as you were misinformed & mis-sold there.

@Ephi When you purchase this add on did you not click see full add on details?
because then you get a list of all countries you can use this add on within.
Sorry to say the store didn’t sell you anything, yes you got misinformed, but the purchase was done by yourself via your account and you didn’t check anything and you still made the decision to purchase it.
