I just took out a new broadband deal with EE which was eligible for 12 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. I was already a subscriber with pre-paid subscriptions and went to add the EE offer, thinking it would take me somewhere to redeem a code and instead it seems to have replaced my Game Pass subscription with an EE managed add on.
Has this wiped out all my pre-paid subscription? What will happen at the end of the 12 months? Will it revert back to my old pre-paid subscription? Is there any way to get my pre-paid subscriptions back?
