Removing addons.

Is it possible, and if so, how,  to remove add-ons that say they cannot be removed via our accounts?

For info, it is a Colleague account, and the addons are listed below, they have no direct monthly cost associated, but they and one additional (not listed below) bring the account up to the limit of 5-addons, preventing even considering anything else.

£2.47 per day for EU roaming is on all contract a/c's & cannot be removed but is only charged on days when EU roaming.

Dunno these Colleague discounts but a colleague staff member may be able to help you.

@realwillow  If it’s not your account you can not remove them collage discounts.   Just like you can not add other items as the account holder can only do this.    They are also discounts for services that the account holder got.

Employee accounts are referred to as 'Colleague Products', across the wider BT group.

Seems daft to have things added by default, which count towards the overall limit of a maz 5 addons. 

Entirely frustrating tbh. The other addons listed in my first post, are of no benefit to me and won't ever be used.

@realwillow   Then you need to speak with someone internally within the group.    Discounts add ons are not removable by end users if they are fixed add ons.

Thanks for coming to our community.

There is no limit on the overall number of add-ons you can have on your account. The only limit is for add to plan products which are limited to a maximum of 5 per number (subject to eligibilty) and would not be affected by any free add-ons you have. If there is something you are trying to add to your account and are unable to, I'd recommend calling 150 so they can have a look at this.
