Trying to activate my discovery plus

I’ve been trying for 2 months now to activate my discovery plus through the link EE Send , but when I get so far it just says there’s ‘technical issues try again later ‘ .   Anyone help ??

I'm disappointed to hear you've been having some issues trying to activate this. 

Can I just check, are you heading to our discovery+ on EE | What is discovery+? | EE page and then clicking "Activate discovery+ now"?

Same issue for me and customer service hasn't helped at all

I went through the link that EE sent me to activate my account . It sends me a code to my phone which I then enter but then the site just says currently unavailable try again later

@Ianreeves  Can you try the link again but while connected through mobile data rather than WIFI? 

You may need to clear your browser cookies and cache first before doing this.
