Just joined can’t add included extra

Hello 

I’ve just joined and my extra which should be included doesn’t work 

basically I’m trying to add apple one keeps saying technical error 

is it because of the 14 day cool off period or should it add straight away

Your Inclusive extra should be available to use straight away.

If you text pick to 150 it will send you a text with what options are available as inclusive extras try picking the one you want by replying to the text.
